高效液相色谱法用于抗痫灵光化学动力学的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了抗痫灵(3,4-次甲基二氧桂皮酰哌啶)的甲醇溶液在光照下的行为。用光照的方法制备了光化学反应产物,由元素分析及核磁共振谱确定为抗痫灵的顺式异构体。建立了高效液相色谱法测定抗痫灵及其顺式异构体的方法,并用以研究了抗痫灵甲醇溶液的光化学变构动力学;在稀溶液中符合零级反应,在浓溶液中表观上似为一级反应规律,实质上仍符合零级反应。文中报道了抗痫灵在各种不同容器中及各种不同波长光源照射下的光稳定态的比例,并对此

【Abstract】 The behavior of antiepilepserine, 3,4-methylene dioxycinnamyl piperidine, on exposing to light was studied. The photochemical product was prepared and identified as the cis-isomer of antiepilepserine by elementary analysis and HNMR. An HPLC method was established for the determination of antiepilepserine and its cis-isomer and was used to study the kinetics of photochemical isomerization of antiepilepserine in methanol solution. In dilute solution, it obeyed zero-order reaction. Whereas at high concentration, it seemed to be first-order but actually still obeyed zero-order reaction. The photostationary states of antiepilepserine in various containers and on exposing to different light sources were reported and the results were explained.
