【摘要】 本文检查292例氟中毒患者眼底,其中可见眼底者277例,发现245例眼底动静脉比例失常,检出率为88.77％。其中半数改变范围为A:V=1:2～3及1:3之间。均未发现管经交叉压迹现象。95％患者血压正常或偏低,说明此类眼底改变与高血压引起者不同,是静脉扩张而非动脉变细所致。同时发现氟中毒愈重,接触高氟时间愈长,其检出率愈高,改变亦趋严重。说明眼底改变与氟中毒密切相关,可考虑列为临床诊断氟中毒的参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The fundus of 277 out of 292 cases with fluorosis were examined. In these patients the retinal veins were dilated and the arteries werenormal. The ratio of retinal arteries and veins was abnormal in 245 cases(88.4%), The blood pressure in95% of cases was normal or low and novenous compression was found. It was also found that the more severe flu-orosis and the longer duration of contacting with high fluorine, the higherincidence and the more severe changes were occurred. It can be consideredthat the fundus changes are one of the important clinical feature for thediagnosis of fluorosis.更多还原
