紫外线的物理性能与电光性眼炎
A Physical Property of the Ultraviolet and Electric Ophthalmia
【摘要】 本文利用动物实验,研究了紫外线的波长、能量与角膜上皮损伤的关系。用紫兰兔105只,分组进行实验。结果表明,280um波段紫外线照射对角膜上皮损伤最严重,其损伤程度与照射时间成正比。其它波段次之。各紫外线波段能量测量表明,紫外光的能量随时间的增加而增加,全紫外线波段能量最大,平均透过率为7.963w/cm~2,其次为280um。365nm或更先的近紫外线对角膜无损伤。
【Abstract】 The relation of ultraviolet wavelength, irradiation energy andcorneal epithelial lesion was studied on animal experiments, The resultsof 105 experimented rabbits showed that corneal epithelial lesion was themost severe at 280nm ultraviolet wavelength and the severity of lesion wasproportionate to the irradiation time. Complete ultraviolet wavelength hada maximum of the irradiation energy with an average transmissivity of7. 963w/cm~2, the 280nm wavelength was the next. The ultraviolet of 365nmwavelength and nearultraviolet wavelength were harmless to corneal epithe-lium.
