直流数字电压表标准装置
A DC-DVM Standard System
【摘要】 本文介绍了直流数字电压表检定标准装置的结构原理、技术指标和误差分析。其电压测量范围为±0.01μV～±1100V,不确定度为±2.1×10-6,用于检定高准确度的数字电压表。
【Abstract】 Construction theory,technical specification and error analysisof DC-DVM standard system has been intronduced in this paper.Measurementrange of the DC voltage are from 0.01μV to 1.1kV,the unaccuracy is±2.1ppm.It was used for verification high accuracy DVM.
