云南松(Pinus yunnanensis Franch.)小孢子发生及雄配子体发育的细胞形态学研究
CYTO-MORPHOLOGICAL STUDIES ON THE MICROSPO-ROGENESIS AND THE FORMATION OF MALE GAME-TOPHYTES IN PINUS YUNNANENSIS FRANCH
【摘要】 主要报道云南松小孢子发生、雄配子体形成以及花粉萌发过程中细胞核、液泡、淀粉粒的动态。云南松花粉母细胞减数分裂后期Ⅰ,其细胞内的淀粉粒、脂肪等集中分布于赤道面,这一区域具有较高的过氧化物酶活性。四分体胼胝质壁向心形成,分布于赤道面的淀粉粒完全消失。单核小孢子在有丝分裂前,其液泡的大小,核的位置、形态都发生着一系列的变化。花粉寿命较长,萌发时,花粉管从花粉纵侧面帽缘下突出,并呈各种形态和分枝。
【Abstract】 The present paper deals with the morphogenesis of microspore, the forma-tion of male gametophytes, germination of pollen grain in Pinus yunnanensis Fra-nch. When the PMCs begin with meiosis, the walls of PMCs become thicker by the deposition of callose. The starch and fat of PMCs concentrated in equator in anaphase I of meiosis. The callose wall of tetrads deposited centripetally. The size of vacuole, the position of the microspore nucleus take a series ofchanges before the mitosis, Mature pollen grain contains four cells-two prothal-lial cells, one generative cell and one tubular cell.
