【Abstract】 In this article, We have made an investigation about the composition and the amount of bacteria in 24 sampling points of the water system of Dianchi Lake are studied. The changes of the bacteria amount in dry and rainy seasons are compared, The relationship between the total amount of bacteria and coli-index and pollution degree of water quality has been found, From this relationship a clear conclusion can be made that the amount of bacteria may be an important index in the classification of water quality.更多还原
