【Abstract】 Since aqueous humor of normal eye is not readily available, the author used 30 eyes with senile cataract without acute or chronic inflammation to represent the reference value of LDH level, which ranged 29—326. 4u with a M±SD of 91±108u, approximately to King’s report of 160—400u. The estimated value in 63 patients (70 eyes) with cataract of every varieties ranged 19—400u with a M±SD of 94±102u.更多还原
