砷钼杂多酸的极谱性能研究及其应用
A New solution for The Alpha Coefficients in The L-T Equation of X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry——Combination of The Fundamental Paramenters Mathod and The Empirical Coefficients Model
【摘要】 <正> 利用砷与钼酸铵生成砷钼杂多酸比色测定微量砷为常见方法。而利用钼的灵敏的极谱性能间接测定多晶硅中的磷、天然水中的砷和高纯铟中的硅已有报导,但这类方法操作条件均较为严格,且需经过较冗长的分离手续,因而使钼形成的杂多酸盐在极谱应用上受到局限。
【Abstract】 In this article, a new solution for the alpha coefficients in the L-T equation by a combination of the fundamental paramenters method and the empirical coefficients model was studied. This can be done by: 1. calculating the X-Ray theoretical relative intensity of given components (binary system) by the use of the fundamental paramenters equation. 2. calculating basic alpha coefficients by the use of Lachancc-Traill equation (binary system). 3. calculating hybrid alpha coefficients (oxides system). 4. calculating modified alpha coefficients (fused system). In this article, calculation formulas of the theoreti- ca] alpha coefficients (basic, hybrid and modified) have been derived from the Lachance-Triall equation.
