【Abstract】 The sample solution buffered with HCl-hexamine (pH 5.2) was passed through a mall column (0.8×5 cm) conataining 0.5g Cl-PMBP resin. Various eluents were used for separating RE, Sc and Th. Then RE, Sc and Th were determined by spectrophotometry with CPA-mN at 670 nm, CPA-mK at 670 nm and arsenazo Ⅲ at 660 nm, respectively.
