Ⅱ号盐抑制剂的研制

【摘要】 Ⅱ号盐抑制刺能增加盐在水中的溶解度,降低盐在水中的溶解速度,并使盐的晶体形状由立方体变为树枝状,降低晶体在固体上的附着力。它适用于不同碱度的饱和盐水泥浆,可抗高钙的化学环境。在广35井现场试验中,泥浆中加入Ⅱ号盐抑制剂后,滤液含盐量增加,钴穿盐层时不上提下放扩眼,无遇阻遇卡现象,盐层井段井径扩大率较对比井减小25—50%。

【Abstract】 The salt precipitation inhibitor Ⅱ consists mainly of potassium ferrocyanide,K4 Fe(CN)6. It increases the solubility of salt in water and lowers salt dissolving.With this chemical aid the crystal habit of precipitated salt is modified from cubic form to dendritic(snowy)one, tiny salt crystals are packed loosely and can be removed easily.It is suitable for high calcium containing muds with pH 7—12.In the field test of salt precipitation inhibitor Ⅱ in one well, salt content of filter liquor of the mud with the chemical added is increased from 2.95×105 ppm to 3.03×105 ppm.The calliper log shows a decrease of the ratio of hole enlargement about 50% in the depth interval under control(3400-3440m)as compared with that of a neighbour well. It is interesting to state that in the interval 3320-3360m where drilling was performed on the mud with no salt inhibitor added,a 25-30% decrease of the ratio of hole enlargement is still measured.
