MC、M6C和μ相X光衍射无标定量相分析
Quantitative Analysis of MC. M6C and n Phases by X-Ray Diffraction Without Relative Calculation Standard
【摘要】 <正>X光衍射无标定量相分析方法较多不同试样组成的联立方程组对同一相求出的K值也不同。有时其相对误差近一倍。 若用全部被测试样g去回归求解全部被测相n个公用K值(g>n),即数学上对方差和求极小,可使总误差降至最低。此法用于高温合金MC、M6C和μ相定量分析得到较理想结果。 一、原理 最近文献提出一种新方法。即待测样品中有一个或几个相的含量可用其它方法测出(例如化学或电化学法等),然后按如下公式解方程求出其它相含量。
【Abstract】 For the Same phase, the K-Value is difference, when make use of the equation Wpj=K to calculated the amount of unknown phases, sometimes therelative error has two times.Using the all date measured from g samples to get the sum square error value, based on an equation for calculating K, reduce it to minimum solving each K of n, Let g >n, that the regressive coefficients of n equations can be obtained. Perform the matrix equation AK = C, every K can be solved out and the amount of n unknown phase may be calculated. Making use of regress to minimize sum error.The method is applied to analyse phase precipitated in superalloys.
