ICP—AES对铸铁中微量稀土元素La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm的测定——基体干扰及其校正方法讨论

【摘要】 <正>为了研究稀土元素对铸铁及钢材性能影响的机理,首先要解决在大量铁基体存在下单一稀土分量的准确测定问题。本文采用美国Jarrell—Ash TCAP—9000型光量计,对铸铁、钢材中La、Ce、Pr、Md、Sm、同时测定时,由于铁基体引起光谱干扰进行讨论,比较三种校正方法,即:离峰扣背景校正法;K系数校正法和溶液匹配校正法,并实验了铁基体对La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm
【Abstract】 ICP-AES have the high sensitivity for rare earth elements.However, the determination of rare earth in cast iron is difficult, because of the interfernces of iron matrix,In the present work,by following three kinds of correction methods that correction coefficent,wavelength scanning profile analysis and matrix matching methods the analytical results were satisfactory.In the presence of 10000ug/ml of iron, the recovery percentages of La,Ce,Pr, Nd and Sm ranged from 97.1 to 102.6%and the relative standard deviations of the determinations are less than 0.5% at the concentration of 10ug/rnl for the above rare earth elements respectively.
