硫氰酸盐耐尔蓝萃取浮选光度法测定微量金

【摘要】 <正>碱性染料萃取光度法,目前仍是国内测定微量金的主要手段,最有实用价值的是孔雀绿、乙基紫、甲基紫和结晶紫,其摩尔吸光系数ε在(5~12)×10~4之间,但金的萃取—浮选光度法还未见有报导。我们发现Au(Ⅲ)—SCN~-—耐尔蓝(Nile Blue简称NB,C.I.№913)三元离子缔合物可被苯、甲苯和二甲苯定量浮选,而且组成固定,ε达(1.5~4.2)×10~5,但以二甲苯体

【Abstract】 A sensitive and precise method for the determination of microgram amounts ol gold,based on the ion associate of the anioriic gold( III )-t hioey-anate complex with Nile Bule(C.INo913) has been developed.The ion associate is floated with xylene and dissolved in acetone.Its molar absorptivity is found to be (4.2 + 0.2) x 105’mol-1 cm-1 at 650nm.The formation of the ion associate takes place in 0.3-1.2M HC1 medium. The composition of the ion associate has been established as [ Au(SCN)4- NB+ (NB+. SCN)3 The proposed method has been applied to the determination of micro amounts of glod in ores and minerals.
