主动脉血栓的动物模型制备
A Prepation for Aortic Thrombus Formation
【摘要】 本文报告经家兔股动脉插入聚乙烯管4小时后,制备了主动脉血栓形成的模型。病理观察可见血管内皮损伤,以及动脉管壁与导管周围的血小板-纤维蛋白血栓的形成;此外,发现血小板数减少、血浆5-羟色胺(5-HT)、血栓烷B2(TXB2)和6-酮-前列腺素F1a(6-酮-PGF1a)升高,反映了血小板的活化以及血管内皮细胞的损伤。但常用的凝血试验指标未见明显改变。
【Abstract】 Aortic thrombus formation in rabbits by insertion of polyethylene tube was induced.Histologic examination of the experimental specimen showed damage of vascular endo-thelium and formation of platelet-fibrin thrombi on the vessel wall and around the ca-theter.In addition,reduction of platelet and increase of plasma 5-HT,TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α were observed,suggesting the evidence of activation of platelet and damage of ves-sel wall.No change of coagulation indices was ever noticed in this experiment.The de-vised thrombus model is useful and practical for the research work on pathogenesis andpharmacologica1 study of arterial thrombosis.
