4,5-乙醚化2D整理剂性能的研究
A Study on the Properties of DMDHEU Resin 4,5-Etherified With Ethyl Alcohol
【摘要】 将DMDHEU(2D)交联剂醚化是降低2D树脂整理织物释放甲醛量和提高耐氯强度的一种行之有效的方法。本文对用乙醇作醚化剂制得的4,5-乙醚化2D树脂与常用2D树脂,就其整理织物的物理机械性能、耐氯性及释放甲醛量作了对比分析,并与国外商品Fixapret COC作比较。实验证用,(1)用乙醇代替甲醇对2D进行醚化,可获低甲醛树脂;(2)使2D分子环上的羟基乙醚化,能降低整理织物的释放甲醛量,但不能提高耐氯性;(3)采用柠檬酸与氯化镁混合催化剂的高温快速焙烘工艺,可降低织物的释放甲醛量和氯损。
【Abstract】 The etherification of DMDHEU crosslinking groups is a useful method to decrease the release of formaldehyde from the finished fabrics and strengthen their resistance to chlorine.2D resin 4,5-etherified with ethyl alcohol has been compared with conventional 2D resin and an imported products Fixapret COC in the respects of fabric physical properties,as well as the level of chlorine damage and the amount of formaldehyde released. Experiments show that( 1 )etherification of 2D resin by using ethyl alcohol instead of methyl alcohol produces a low free formaldehyde resin; ( 2 ) etherification of hydroxyl group in the DMDHEU resin can reduce formaldehyde release from fabrics,but can not improve their chlorine damage resistance; ( 3 )by use of mixture of citric acid and magnesium chloride as a catalyst with high temperature rapid curing process can reduce both formaldehyde release and chlorine damage
