【摘要】 本文叙述了汽车钢板弹簧用钢55SiMnVB 在不同热处理制度下的单片疲劳试验和高频疲劳试验结果,并运用断裂力学及显微组织与断口分析方法,研究了钢的疲劳断裂特性,总结出在常规热处理条件下该钢种的疲劳裂纹萌生、扩展和断裂动力学规律。

【Abstract】 55 SiMnVB steel used for automobile steel springs was subjected to both single-sheet fatigue tests and high-frequency fatigue tests under various conditions of heat treatment.Results from those tests are pre- sented here in this paper.Some of the characteristics of fatigue fra- cture in the tested sample steel were investigated in the light of fra- cture mechanics as well as techniques of microtexture analysis.We have also arrived at some laws governing the initiation and the pro- pagation of fatigue cracks as well as general fracture dynamics invo- lved in this type of steel under conventional heat treatment.
