国内两种中温煤沥青表面性质的初步研究

【摘要】 本文分析了国内外近年来关于煤沥青性质及其液相碳化过程的研究结果。利用表面张力和润湿接触角的分析测定装置,分别测定了国内两种有代表性的煤沥青——武钢中温煤沥青、石家庄焦化厂中温煤沥青在不同温度下的表面张力;在用离心分离法部分除去这两种煤沥青中的喹啉不溶物后,测定了除去部分QI的沥青在不同温度下的表面张力及其与沥青中的苯不溶物固体样品的润湿接触角。运用表面物理化学的理论,对上述测定结果作了一些计算,对结果产生的原因和意义作了探讨。

【Abstract】 In this paper,first,a review is made of recent studies of surface pro- perties of coal pitch and its liquid phase carbonization.An experimental setup was constructed for determining surface tensions and wetting angles over a temperature range of two representative types of coal pitch in china; both are medium warm coal pitch obtained from WISCO and the shijia- zhuang coal carbonization factory,respectively.The centrifugal separation technique was employed in purging the coal pitch of insoluable quino- line-like materials.Thereafter,surface tensions of the QI-free coal pitch as well as wetting angles of the insoluable benzenoid substances contained in the pitch were determined at various temperatures.Finally,on the basis of surface chemistry,a mathematical treatment is made of the obtained data and a possible rationale behind is also explored.
