【摘要】 本文在350三连扎实测数据的基础上,用Beadle模式和用带阻尼的高斯—牛预非线性回归分析法,建立了两种规格薄板的能耗模型。这项工作对完善三连扎工艺制度及最大限度地发挥设备潜力具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 On th basis of experimental data from tests on the 350-triple rolling mill as well as Breadle model and Gauss-Newton’s nonlinear regression analysis with damping, energy consumption models for steel sheets of two different specifications have been constructed. This study may help to provide a theoretical basis for improving the technical system of triple rolling and tapping to the fullest extent the potentials of the equipment.
