用放射性标记微小球方法测定肢体骨组织的血流

【摘要】 本文运用放射性标记微小球方法对成年狗肢体长骨组织进行骨血流的测定。实验结果表明:松质骨血流要比皮质骨血流高出近4倍。皮质骨又可分为内皮质骨和外皮质骨,两者的血流无显著性区别。本文还对微小球在骨组织标本中的数目与测定骨血流准确性之间的关系进行了研究。

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to determine the normal value of blood flow in canine long bonesin eight anesthetized adult dogs using the radioactive labeled microsphere method. The relationshipbetween the number of microspheres per bone sample and the accuracy of bone blood flow estimationwas also investigated. The results indicated that bone blood flow rates were quite different between cortical and cancellous bone. The average cortical flow of all long bone diaphyses was 5.02 ml/100 g/min. Theaverage flow of cancellous bone was 19.57 ml/100 g/min, which was 4 times higher than that of thecortical bone. In this study, a special cutting technique was developed to separate the cortex intoendosteal and periosteal cortex. The results showed that there was no significant difference in flowrate between tho endosteal cortex (4.32 ml/100 g/min) and periosteal cortex (3.86 ml/100 g/min),P>0.5. The results demonstrated that there were no significant differences in bone blood flow as measuredwith small doses (less than 400 microspheres per sample) and large doses (greater than 400 microspheresper sample). The optimal number of microspheres in each bone sample was 150 to 250 with a lessthan 5% error. Therefore, it was not necessary to maintain at least 400 microspheres in a bonesample. We believed that the large dose of microspheres required to ensure at least 400 microspheresin each cortical sample was unphysiological, except for cancellous bone, because cortical bone hasless blood supply. The results of this study also indicated that variation of blood flow did exist among the longbones, which might be due to difference in their structure and function. However, the flow ratesObtained from left and right side bones in each dog showed no significant difference. The indicatedthat the data were reproducible and reliable, and differences were not an inacuracy of the radioactivelabeled microsphere method.
