我国优秀马拉松运动员比赛前后脑电图电子计算机分析的研究
A STUDY ON THE COMPUTER ANALYSIS OF EEG IN ELITE MARATHONERS BEFORE AND AFTER COMPETITION
【Abstract】 Using computerized technique, this article analyses the EEG in marathoners before and afterrace. Our tests involved 17 Chinese runners who participated in the Beijing International Marathon in1984. EEG recordings were taken by means of a Kohden 5210 electroencephalograph and a San-ei NFR3915 magnetic recorder 2--3 days before the race and 0.5--3.5 hrs immediately after it. The recordingswere introduced into a 7T08 medical computer, through which the spontaneous power spectrum andvisual evoked potentials (VEP) were calculated, and the results were records by an X-Y oscillograph. All data are comparisons between pre-and post- race tests. Results of the post-race test: 1) Frequency shift--the main peak of power spectrum shifted to the left. In other words, thefrequency of power spectrum tended to decrease (P<0.025); 2) The mean value of power spectrum increased in the 2-7.9 Hz band (p<0.005 in C4, O2); 3) Power spectrum tended to increase in 8--9.9 Hz; while decreasing markedly in 10-12.9 Hz (P<0.025). The power spectrum tended to decrease in the total alpha band; 4) Power spectrum slightly decreased in 13--27.7 Hz (NS). VEP; None of the peak amplitude responses for N1, P2, N2 or P3 were significantly altered. Thelatency as represented by the positive wave of 70 ms was markedly lowered (p<0.05). The EEG changes indicated that ultra-long distance running affected not only the muscular andcardiopulmonary system but also the CNS.
