划船运动员最大摄氧量和无氧阈的测定与分析
THE MEASUREMENT AND ANALYSIS OF OARSMEN’S MAXIMAL OXYGEN UPTAKE AND ANAEROBIC THRESHOLD
【Abstract】 Twenty-five Chinese oarsmen were tested for VO2 max and AT in the process of progressivebicycle ergometer exercises with work load initially set at 50 watts and increased to 50 wattsevery three minutes till exhaustion. Cardiopulmonary data were obtained concerning heart rate andoxygen consumption both at rest and exercise, through continuous automatic recording by usingSIREGNOST FD 88 S. Lactate was also measured on blood samples taken from ear lobes. The results showed an average of 180 beats/min for HRmax, 3.76 1/min (48.75 ml/kg/min) forVO2max, 1l7 1/min for VEmax, 21 ml/beats for O2 Pmax and 71% of maximal oxygen uptake forAT, all of which were much lower than those obtained from ranking oarsmen in other countries. Theabsolute values of VO2max in Chinese oarsmen were similar to those recorded in Chinese athletes ofother endurance events, but a bit lower in relative values. The top oarsmen were better in terms ofmaximal aerobic capacity, especially in PWC170, AT (watts) and absolute VO2max (P<0.05) The analysis indicated that our subjects’ smaller aerobic power values might be related to theiroriginal lower levels and subsequent insufficient training work load and intensity. It is therefore suggested that to improve the oarsmen’s aerobic capacity, morphological andfunctional requirements specific to rowing be considered in selection, that emphasis be laid onindividual training rather than an crew training, while taking into account their differences inanaerobic threshold.
