(Pb,Nd)(Ti,Mn,In)O3压电陶瓷中的应力研究
The Study of Stresses in (Pb,Nd)(Ti,Mn, In) O3 Piezoelectric Ceramics
【摘要】 本文研究了化学式为(Pb(1-3)/(2x+1)/2zNdx)(Ti1-y-zMnyInz)O3(其中,x=0.10,y=0.02,z=0.06)压电陶瓷中的应力问题.通过X-射线衍射花样的分析和比较,指出了片状样品中应力的存在.在退应力实验中,得到了通过退火处理来消除应力,改善材料性能的可行途径.
【Abstract】 In this paper, the stresses in (Pb1-3/2x+1/2zNdx) (Ti1-y-zMnyInz)O3 (wh-ere x=0.10, y = 0.02, z = 0.06)piezoelectric ceramics have been studied. By analysing and comparing the X-ray diffraction patterns, it was indi-cated that there were stresses present in thin wafer samples. In the expe-riments of stress releasing, we have obtained a feasible way of annealing treatment by which the stresses can be released and the properties of ma-terial can be improved.
