【摘要】 本文以HRP-SPA法观察了灌胃硼砂小鼠胰岛A、B细胞免疫组织化学变化。结果表明,在本剂量组短期服硼对胰岛中A与B细胞免疫细胞化学无明显影响。并对在本实验中观察到的胰岛的分布、胰岛细胞的分布及其形态结构特征以及对HRP-SPA法进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Immunohistochemical changes were observed in pancreatic islets of mice fed with sodium borate by the horseradish peroxidase-staphylococcal protein A method. The results indicate that there are no significant changes in A and B cells of pancreatic islets. Distribution of pancreas islets and its cells, its morphological charactistic and the horseradish peroxidase-staphylococcal protein A method are also discussed.更多还原
