【摘要】 本文对273例老年病人选择性手术期间连续心电示波监测的描记资料,连同临床资料进行总结与分析,老年病人术前心电图异常的发生率接近40％,麻醉手术期间其发生率高达57.5％,其中部份心律失常的性质是严重的,但因判断迅速、处理及时正确而无一例发生意外,作者对老年病人连续心电监测的重要性、预防及治疗问题进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two hundred and seventy three elderly cases of elective surgery were put on continuous ECG monitoring. It was observed that the incidence of abnormal ECG approached 40% before operation and that during the period of anesthesia and surgery was as high as 57.5%, with severe arrhythmia encountered in some of them.Owing to the application of ECG monitoring, accurate judgement and prompt treatment became possible and the adverse condition was satisfactorily averted in all of them. The importance of ECG monitoring in the prevention and treatment of arrhythmia in the aged surgical patients was emphasized.更多还原
