【摘要】 以肾素活性(ng/ml·h),血管紧张素Ⅱ(ng/ml)和皮质醇为指标,对21例择期手术病人,在麻醉手术期间的应激反应进行了初步的观测,结果提示:应激反应在术前即已存在;应激反应取决于手术创伤的程度;麻醉方式对合理控制应激甚为重要。本文对有关问题亦进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The stress reactions during the period of anesthesia and surgery in 21 elective-operation patients were observed with PRA and AH as the observation indexes.The results suggest that stress has been present at the preo-perative stage and its intensity depends on the degree of operative injury . The mode of anesthesia was found to be very important in controlling the stress reactions. Other interested problems are also discussed.更多还原
