【Abstract】 Early administration of soyabean milk, a lactose-free feed, was employed in the treatment for neonatl necrotizing enterocolitis (NNEC) in 12 cases. The results were very satisfactory, exhibitng its distinct superiorities over the traditional therapy. Controlled examinations for lactose in stools, which may reflect the enzymic activity of lactese in the intestines, were made systemically with an aim at assessing the role played by the lack of lactase in the pathogenesis of NNEC.更多还原
