离子色谱法测定饮用水中氟和其它阴离子

【摘要】 本文利用离子色谱法测定饮用水中氟和其它阴离子的含量。使用Dionex2010i型离子色谱仪,电导检测器,记录仪,HPIC—AS3型分离柱,HPIC—AMMS-1型抑制柱·淋洗液为2.8mM NaHCO3-2.2mM Na2CO3溶液,流速为2.0ml/min。对于含量差异悬殊组分的测定,采用调节检测器灵敏度的方法,使需要多次注样测定的麻烦手续在一次进样内完成。本文分析了自来水中F-、Cl-、Br-、NO3-和SO42-离子的含量,依次为0.34、4.6、0.12、12.5和27.3mg/l,八次测定的变动系数分别为0.44%、0.45%、3.5%、0.39%和0.12%。分析徐州市区的自来水,氟离子含量在0.5mg/l左右,沛县部分地区饮用井水浓度大于1.5mg/l,超出饮用水推荐指标,其盐份含量如Cl-离子多达80mg/l,水质较差。

【Abstract】 This paper describes the determination of fluoride rnd other anion ions in drinkirg water by IC. A Dionex Model 2010i Ion Chrrmatograph (separator columrAS3 3mmφ ×20mm; Suppressor column AMMS-1) was applied. The eluant is 0.0028M NaHCO3 0.0022M Na2CO3. Same components in sample with great difference in concentration were measured simultaneously by changing the sensitivity of detector. F, C1-, Br-, NO3and SO42- ions in tap water were determined. The concentrations of those ions are 0.34, 41.6, 0.12, 12.5, and27.3ppm, the relative standard derivations are 0.44%, 0.45%, 3.5%,0.39%and0.12%, respectively. The concentration of fluoride ion in tap water in city of Zuzhou Jiangsu is about 0.5mg/l, well waters in a few countrys are above 1.5 mg/1.
