【摘要】 本调查选择沈阳某冶炼厂锌冶炼车间镉工段的62名接镉工人作为接镉组,接镉工龄平均14.7年。同时选择该厂不接触镉和其它毒物的42名工人作为对照组。观察结果表明,镉确能引起接镉工人发生贫血,而且贫血发生率远高于对照组,约为5.6倍,这种贫血属轻度正细胞正色素性贫血。更多还原

【Abstract】 62 cadmium workers in smelting plant were chosen as exposed, group. Their duration of exposure varied from 1 to 36 years, being 14.7 years averagely. Meantime, in the same plant 42 health workers without any exposure to cadmium and other poisonous materials were chosen as control. RBC and WBC counts were made, so were Hb, HCT, MCV MCH and MCHC. The level of blood cadmium was also determined. The results showed that cadmium really could induce anemia of exposed workers with an incidence rate much higher than that of the control (probably 5.6 times). The anemia was regarded to be normocytic.更多还原
