【摘要】 作者从收治43例放射性职业性皮肤损害者中发现,38例为X线诊断工作者,其中骨外科人员17例、(占40%)。患慢性放射性皮久27例,伴放射性溃疡11例,其中癌变5例。作者分析了发病率高的原因,和详细描述病损的表现与病理变化,并提出了肪治放射性皮肤损害的措施,还讨论了合适的个人防护用具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty-eight cases of X-ray-induced injury of skin which include 17 cases of surgeons or orthopedists were selected and observed from more than 100 cases with similar injury. There were chronic radiation dermatitis in 27 cases, and radiation ulcers in 11 cases, 5 cases of them transformed into cancer.The reasons for high incidence were analysed. The pathological changes and clinical features were described in detail. Sulsequently, the measures of treatment and prevention of radiation injury of skin weresuggested. Finally, adequate personal protective equipments were discussed.The oecupational chronic radiation injury of skin is easily ignored due to its long latent period. It is the purpose of this paper to call the public attention to strengthen the Preventive work and to put an end to skin injury of the kind.更多还原
