【摘要】 本文报告炼铁炉前工慢性铅中毒8例,有密切铅接触史,临床表现有神衰症候群及肌无力,尿铅、血铅轻度增高,卟啉代谢轻度改变,驱铅试验后尿铅量大多数超过1mg/d。本文还对铅中毒的早期诊断、治疗及驱铅试验作了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eight cases of chronic lead poisoning in iron-smelting furnacemen were reported,Their history of exposure were obvious, and their clinical manifestation were shown to have neurasthenia syndrome, weakness of the extensor muscles, increase of urinary and blood lead levels. Most of them had their urinary lead content exceeded 1 mg/day after drive lead test. All cases were treated with intravenous injection of calcium disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate, seven to nine courses in total, resulting in remarkably improvemnt, gradual restoration and cure.更多还原
