【摘要】 60.12%丁草胺乳剂对大鼠经口LD₅₀:雌鼠为1514（1208～1897）mg/kg,雄鼠1585（1259～1995）mg/kg;对小鼠经口LD₅₀:雌鼠为1153（864～1539）mg/kg,雄鼠为1143（841～1553）mg/kg。表明丁草胺的经口急性毒性在大小鼠和雌雄鼠之间无明显的种属或性别差异。对大鼠的经皮LD₅₀>3210mg/kg。按“农药急性毒性分级标准”,属低毒类农药。更多还原

【Abstract】 The acute toxicity of a new herbicide butachlor was studied on SD rats and C₄ I mice. The concentration of emulsions of butachlor was diluted with water and given to the animals per os. The medium lethal doses were estimated as 1514 （1208～1897） mg/kg for female rats and 1685 （1259～1995） mg/kg for male respectively, whereas 1153 （864～1539） mg/kg for female mice and 1143（841～1553） mg/kg for male respectively. The lethal dose per cutaneous for rats was higher than 3120 mg/kg. From these results it may be suggested that butachlor is one of the herbicides with rather low toxicity.更多还原
