【摘要】 我们从1980年4月-1981年5月联合使用环磷酰胺、长春新碱和泼尼松(简称COP)治疗51例非何杰金淋巴瘤,25例(49％)达完全缓解,16例(31％)部分缓解,总缓解率80％。对影响疗效的因素,例如性别、组织病理类型、全身症状和临床分期进行讨论。COP联合方案毒副反应小,主要表现为轻-中度白细胞和血小板减少,可安全、广泛使用于门诊病人。更多还原

【Abstract】 During 1980. 4-1981. 5, 51 patients (31M, 20F, aged 48?SD 15 yr) of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma were treated by COP regimen consisting of cyclophos-phamide 400-800 mg/wk iv. × 2-3wk, vincristine(Oncovin)l-2 mg/wk iv. × 2-3wk and prednisone 10 mg t. i. d. po. × 14-21 d. After 2 wk interval, the same course was repeated. Complete remission was obtained in 25 patients (49%) and partial remission in 16 patients (31%). Adverse drug reactions were mainly mild to moderate leucocytopenia and thrombo-cytopenia. The results showed that COP regimen was effective to non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and used safely in clinic.更多还原
