【摘要】 本文观察由上海第十六制药厂与延安制药厂供应的益多酯胶囊对283例高脂血症(CH>5.75mmol/l及或TG>1.98mmol/l)患者的疗效,经口服500mg/d,1-3mo后血CH及TG值分别平均下降0.87及1.5mmol/l(p<0.001),此外还能提高降低的血HDL-C值(≤0.5g/l),平均增高0.12g/l(p<0.001),有效率分别为50％,70％与66％,用药期间毒副反应比氯贝丁酯为轻。更多还原

【Abstract】 The therapeutic efficacy of etofylline clofibrate, provided by shanghai No. 16 and Yan-An Pharmaceutical factory has been studied in 283 patients with hyperlipidemia. Following oral administration 500mg/d 1-3 mo, the average value of high plasma CHand TG decreased 0.87 and 1.5mmol/l respectively (p< 0.001).Besides,it could increase the value of low plasma HDL-C(≤0.5g/L)as well, with an average 0.i2g/L(p<0.001).The rate of efficacy was 50%, 70% and 60% respectively. The course of medication, the side and toxical effects were far less than clofibrate.更多还原
