【摘要】 艾司唑仑是苯二氮类的衍生物,具有抗惊厥及镇静等作用。本文用艾司唑仑4mg与安定10mg作双盲对照,研究这2药对精神病人抗焦虑、治疗失眠和抗兴奋的疗效。结果表明,艾司唑仑对精神病人各种睡眠障碍均有疗效。艾司唑仑4mg的安眠作用较安定10mg为佳,未发现它的抗焦虑作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Estazolam, same as diaze-pam, is a derivative of benzodiazepine. Both of them have anticonvulsive, sedative effects. Eighty-one psychoneuro-ses with anxiety, insomnia and excitation were treated by estazolam and diaze-pam under double blind study. Results indicated that estazolam(4mg,im)is more effective than diazepam(10mg,im )for all eases with different kinds of psychic disturbance. They can reduce excitements to certain extent but none has any apparent anxiolytic effect. Side effects were milder and less in cases receiving estazo-lam than those of diazepam.更多还原
