【摘要】 中国科学院上海生化所于1973年首先在国内合成LHRH,1yr(年)后又合成LHRH类似物,其活性为前者的10-20倍。本文测试16例正常月经周期妇女276例内分泌患者结果提示;FSH的反应比LH反应弱,在晚期卵泡期FSH与LH反应均比早期卵泡期强。LHRH-A试验可以区分病变在卵巢水平还是垂体水平。同时报道3例的临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH), a decapep-tide, was first synthetized in china 1973 by Shanghai Institute of Biochemistry) and then in 1974, LHRH-A by the same Institute. The potency of LHRH-A is 10 to 20 times greater than LHRH.Observations were made among 16 female volunteers with normal menstrual cycle and 276 patients suffered from various grade of menstrual disturbances. Responses of follicle stimalating hormone (FSH) are definitely less than those of luteinizing hormone(LH).Responses of FSH and LH are more active during the late follicular phase than its early. Results proved that LHRH-A tests can determine clearly that the clinical trouble is whether due to the dysfunction at the ovarian level or rather the distructive lesion of the pituitary gland.Three cases were herewith reported.更多还原
