【摘要】 在41侧标本上,对面神经主干、颞面干、颈面干及在腮腺前缘处的分支的各径线进行了观测,为面神经移植提供参数,对主要面肌的神经支数及入肌点进行观察。另在22只狗上进行单侧带血管耳大神经移植至同侧面神经的实验。术前及术后定期作肌电观察带血管神经移植后神经再生的情况。结果表明:带血管神经移植后3个月,肌电图基本恢复正常,神经移植成功。可望将此方法用于对面瘫的显微外科治疗。更多还原
