压片镨离子选择电极的研制
DEVELOPMENT OF HEAT-PRESSED PRASEODYMIUM ION-SELECTIVE ELECTRODE
【摘要】 <正> 近年来我们利用功能高分子为活性材料,做成了多种电极,其中用压片法研制的氯离子电极具有内阻小,响应迅速,稳定性好等特点。因此,我们试用压片法制备镨电极,得到了测量线性范围为1×10-1~5×10-4M,斜率为52,内阻小于400kΩ的电极。 1.电极的制备 采用热压成膜法。取含镨(纯度为99.99%)的高分子材料研成粉末,倒入模具内加热软化,加压成膜,冷却后脱模。从制得的大块膜片中取下一小圆块,粘接到电极杆上,加入内充液,插入Ag/AgCl内参比电极就成为镨离子电极。电极第一次使用时,先在氯化镨溶液中活化24h,用后再存放于该溶液中。
【Abstract】 In this paper an electrode made by heat-pressed method using functional polymers containing praseodymium as active material is developed. Results of measurement show that a linear relationship exists between the potential of electrode and -lg apr. The slope of this relationship is 52 at room temperature and response time within 30 sec. When the concentrations of Pr3+ are 6×10-2 and 6×10-3M, the ranges of pH values appropriate for measurement by this electrode are 3.3~6.8 and 5.5~6.4 respectively. A elution curve for praseodymium ion from a column of extractant-containing resin is determined by the praseodymium electrode method which is comparable to that obtained by chemical method.
