低温度系数的Nd-Fe-B永磁合金

【摘要】 研究了取代元素钴、镝、钬、铒、钆等对Nd-Fe-B系永磁合金磁性及热稳定性的影响。用钻和重稀土元素取代铁和钕,合金居里温度升高,磁感总损失下降,平均可逆温度系数下降最后变为正值。已得到一种温度系数α=-0.028%/℃(20~100℃)的Nd Fe B系永磁合金,它可以较好地工作在150℃的环境中。用这种取代方法获得的温度系数为零的合金,其磁性为:Br=7900G,iHc>16kOe,bHc=7.3kOe,(BH)max=14.3MGOe。

【Abstract】 The effect of substituting elements Co, Dy, Ho, Er, Gd on magnetic properties and thermal stability in Nd-Fe-B system permanent magnet alloys have been studied. The temperature compensation effect of heavy rare earth elements exists not only in SmCo5 alloys, but also in Nd-Fe-B alloy. However, the Curie temperature of REFe-B alloy is much lower, so the range of temperature compensation is narrower. The Curie temperature of the alloys increases as iron is partially replaced by cobalt, the range of temperature compensation is enlarged, hence, the compensation effect is enhanced.Replacing partially Nd and Fe in the Nd-Fe-B system alloys with heavy rare earth element Dy and transition metal element Co, the Curie temperature of the alloys increases, the average reversible temperature coefficient of the open circuit flux of the alloys decreases and becomes positive value at last. The Nd-Fe-B system permanent magnet alloys with a=-0.054%/℃ (20-100℃), Br=11.8kG, iHc=9.7kOe, (BH)max=33.8 MGOe and a=-0.028%/℃, Br=9.5kG, iHc=15 kOe, (BH)max=20MGOe have been achieved, and they can work above 150℃. By means of the substituting method, the Nd-Fe-B magnets with a=0, Br=7.9kG, iHc=16 kOe, (BH)max=14.3 MGOe have been obtained. With appropriate adjustment of composition of the substituted elements and the heat treatment process, better magnetic properties of the magnets can be obtained!
