【摘要】 报告银川市老城区居民发热的惊厥流行病学调查结果。调查方法系以世界卫生组织提供的统一调查表,采用分层整群随机抽样法,在136,385人口之限定的样本人群中进行逐户家访调查。共调查10,641例,发现发热的惊厥患者140例,患病率(每10万人口)及国际调整率分别为1315.7及1434.3,首次发病年龄在2岁前占82.9％;94.4％的患者在6岁以后停止发作。根据对13岁以下76名曾患本症儿童的随访调查和病例-对照配对分析,预后多数良好,少数转为癫痫或智力下降;配对研究的结果提示,发热的惊厥可能与遗传因素有关,母亲孕期呼吸道感染史及母亲难产史对本症的发生也可能起到一定作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Results of an epidemiological survey on febrile convulsions in the Old-town District of Yinchuan Municipal City are presented. Under a stratification complete-block random sampling design, the study was made family by family on the limited samplings of the 136,385 population with the unified questionaire forms for investigation provided by WHO. Altogether 10,614 subjects were investigated and 140 cases of febrile convulsions were found. The prevalence rate of the disease per 100,000 population and its world age-adjusted standardized rate were 1315.7 and 1434.3 respectively. In 82.9％ cases, the first seizures occurred before 2 years old; whereas 94.4 cases’ last seizure attacks were before age 6. Follow-up and paired case-control comparative analysis of 76 children cases revealed that the outcome in most of them was quite good, whereas some cases turned to epilepsy or mental retardation; case-control comparison suggested that febrile convulsions may have some association to hereditary factors, besides, respiratory tract infections during pregnancy and dystocia history in mother might also play some roles in genesis of febrile corvulsions in her child.更多还原
