【摘要】 利用我们自己建立的十三组BoLA分型血清,对61头奶牛进行测定,获得了初步的抗原频率。其中常见抗原为BoLA-W4、W1、W10,少见抗原为BoLA-W2、W5、W6、W9。这些被指定的抗原将与国际标准BoLA进行核对。 本文讨论了在中国各类牛品种之间进行BoLA的研究,并在分类及育种工作中获得应用的可能性。

【Abstract】 Thirteen antigens were identified and designated. These antigens were tested against 61 random samples of lymphocytes. It was found that the frequency of BoLA-W4, W11 and W10 were higher than W2, W5, W6 and W9. A comparison test of these antigens should be made in with international BoLA designation. BoLA research among breeds of cattle and the possibility of its application to animal breeding were also discussed in this paper.
