日本血吸虫的感染对1岁龄水牛血细胞压积及血清铁和总铁结合力的影响
EFFECT OF INFECTION WITH CERCARIAES SCHISTOSOMA JAPONI-CUM ON PACKED CELL VOLUM, SERUM IRON AND TOTAL IRON-BINDING CAPACITY IN THE BUFFALOESCBUBALUS BUBALIS) AGED ABOUT ONE YEAR
【摘要】 我们应用血细胞压积(PCV)的常规测定法及测定血清铁(SI)和总铁结合力(TIBC)的亚铁嗪法检测1岁龄水牛和4岁龄水牛在日本血吸虫尾蚴感染后,PCV、SI和TIBC的含量变化,试以比较两种岁龄动物之间的差别,建立不同岁龄水牛患病的模型。3头无日本血吸虫和其他寄生虫寄生的1岁龄健康水牛和3头类似的4岁龄水牛,在相同的尾蚴常规感染剂量感染前一个月内采三次血,在感染后6、21、35和49天采四次血,分别测定这三种指标。结果是,1岁龄水牛PCV降低了21.4~35.0%,变化明显,SI升高52.8~119.1%,变化明显,而4岁龄水牛PCV和SI均无明显变化。1岁龄水中在尾蚴感染后SI明显升高的结果补充了以前关于人和动物感染日本血吸虫后SI仍然正常或变化不大的说法。从PCV下降,SI上升和血清铁饱和度上升的现象看,造成幼畜贫血较像溶血性贫血。
【Abstract】 The routine determination of packed cell volum(PCV), the ferrozin determination of serum iron(SI) and total iron-binding capacity(TIBC) were used to detect PCV, SI and TIBC levels of one year old and four years old buffaloes which had been infected with the cercariae of Schis-tosoma japonicum, in order to compare the differences between the buf-faloes of the two different ages and to try to establish the disease model of Schistosomiasis for buffaloes of different ages.Six buffaloes ( three of them being one year old and the rest being four years old) were bled 3 times before the infection of conventional dose of S. japonicum cercariae and were bled 4 times at 6 ,21, 35 and 49 days after the infection. The levels of PCV, SI and TIBC were determined.After infection, the levels of PCV decreased by 21.4-35.0% and the levels of SI increased by 52.8-119.1% in the buffaloes aged one, and both changes are statistically significant, while those changes in the buffaloes aged four years were not significant. The significant results of rising levels of SI obtained from the buffaloes aged one year after infection are different from the previous views according to that the levels of SI were considered to be no or little changes in human and other animals. These phenomena of lower PCV of higher SI and of higher serum iron saturation levels might be the results of hemalytic anemia,
