【摘要】 <正> 肥胖症已引起国内外学者的重视。据国外报导,肥胖的发生率高达21％左右,国内仅见有儿童少年皮褶厚度与肥胖评价标准的研究,肥胖症发生率为3.4％。由于评价方法的不同,各地报导亦有差异。为此,我们于1984年10—12月对临沂市689名男女中小学生采用“水位移法”(排水法),进行人体脂肪含量测定(以下用F％表示),采用逐步回归分析方法,选获出由皮褶厚度推算F％的回归方程式,并提出肥胖评价标准建议值。结果报告如下:更多还原

【Abstract】 We studied the content of the body fat in 689 healthy boy and girl pupils by the method of the level of water moving who are 7-18 years old in Linyi city. These children’s skinny thickness was measured and the sum of the thickness of the wrinkle in the skin at the musculus triceps brachii and the infras capular area chosen by the gradual tropic analysis, from that, to comput the tropic, equation formula for F％ in every age group. According to the lormula (?)+zsy·x, we ascertained the threshold of slight fat and divided the threshold between middle fat and the most fat, accor diong as the sum of the thickness of wrinkle in skin increases 10mm, proposed suggesting value of the standard appreciating fat grade in children.
