【摘要】 本文报导了170名7—16岁女生血清雌二醇（E₂）含量并分析了它与青春期发育的联系。在青春期前E₂分泌量很低,从10岁起开始增加,12—14岁E₂分泌量出现较大幅度的增加,与女性进入青春期性发育阶段相吻合。在第二性征发育进程中,E₂含量逐步升高,并且达成年女子水平的百分率亦呈增高趋势。有、无初潮的同龄女生E₂含量比较示,12岁组来潮者E₂含量明显高于同龄未潮者。随妇科年龄的增加,E₂分泌量达成熟女子水平的百分率上升,妇科年龄≥3岁时,73％的女生E₂测量值达到成热女子的水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Serum estrodial（E₂） measured by RIA method in 170 healthy girls from 7 to 16 years old was cerreiated with pubertal development. Serum E₂ level was very low in girls betwcen the ages of 7—9 and from 10 years old on it hegan to increase E₂ seeretien increased drastically. This phcnomena was in agreement with the eutering of pubertal Sex maturation period. E₂ level iacreascd Progressively with secondary sex characteristic development and the percentage which reached the adult level inereased also .Comparasion of E₂ Ievels between Pre and post menarcheal girls showed that E₂ level was significantly higher in postmenarcheal group than premenarcheal group.With the increasing of gynecological age, the Percentane of E₂ level attained to the level of adult women increased too. 73% subjects studied reached the Ievel of maturaed females when gynecological age were 3 years.更多还原
