硫化锌晶格振动对稀土发光中心激发态的影响
Influence of Lattice Vibration on the Exciteu States of Rare Earth in ZnS
【摘要】 观察掺铒硫化锌膜在直流场致发光中,温度变化对发射谱线线宽、强度、峰值位置及激发态寿命的影响。进而探讨基质晶格振动诱发稀土发光中心多声子过程在场致发光中的重要性。
【Abstract】 The influence of temperature on the linewidths, intensities, peak positions and excited-state lifetimes of electroluminescent emission lines in zinc sulphide thin flim doped with erbium was investigated. The importance of multiphonon transition induced by lattice vibration in rare earth luminescent centres for electroluminescence was discussed. It has been shown that the pho-nons with rather small energy play the major role in the multiphonon-relax-ation process. The results show that the influence of temperature on the quenching of rare earth luminescence is rather small.
