自NiCl2-CrCl3电解液体系中Ni/Cr共沉积电极过程的研究——Ⅰ,周期伏安法研究

【摘要】 本文采用三角波动电位扫描法测量 Ni/Cr 合金自 NiCl2—CrCl3电解液体系中共沉积时的周期伏安曲线,研究 Ni/Cr 共沉积的电化学行为。研究表明:在所研究的体系中,只有当含有一定量络合剂时,才能实现此二金属的共沉积;Ni/Cr 合金共沉积时,存在着一个临界电流密度值;在此临界电流密度值对应的电位下,析氢过程顺利进行;并且,Cr3+→Cr2+过程也在此电位之前发生;烃基胺类的添加,对 Ni/Cr 合金共沉积过程发生较为显著的影响。

【Abstract】 The electrochemical behaviour of Ni-Cr alloy plating have been investigated.By means of cyclic voltammetry, it was discovered that a eertain amount of suitable complex-agent added to the bath is necessary to realize the codeposition of both nickel and chromium in NiCl2-CrCl3 electrolytic system. Investigationsalso show the existence of a critical value of current density, above which codeposition of these two metals can arise. However, hydrogen evolution may simultaneously and violently occur at the potential, corresponding to this critical current density. And,the reaction of Cr3+—>Cr2+ takes place below the potential. A significant influence of alkyamine addition on the behaviour of codeposition was also obserw ed.
