【摘要】 本文对铝合金铸件陶瓷冒口隔片的材料、性能及主要工艺参数进行探讨。试验表明,以江西陶土为基的冒口隔片材料具有良好的性能。当各项工艺参数设计合理时,隔片对铸件质量无不良的影响,浇注后,用普通鎯头一击即可将冒口去除,简化了铸件生产工艺过程,节省切割冒口的设备、能源及工时,改善了劳动条件,提高了劳动生产率。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studies the material, performance and main technical parameters of the Pottery clay knock-off core of the aluminum alloy castings. Our experiments have shown that the core material, based on the Jiangxi-produced pottery clay has good properties. If each technical parameter is reasonably designed, the core will have no bad effect on the quality of these castings. After solidifying, the heads can be knocked off with a common hammer. To use this kind of heads can simplify casting process, save equipment, energy and time to remove the heads, improve the working condition, increase the working productivity. So this kind of knock-off heads is worthy of being widely popularized in foundry.更多还原
