玉米自交系主要性状的配合力与环境互作的研究
STUDIES ON INTERACTIONS OF COMBINING ABILITY WITH ENVIRONMENT FOR MAIN TRAITS OF MAIZE INBREDS
【摘要】 以11个玉米自交系按双列式组配成55个单交组合在三个地点试验,考察了产量等17个主要性状。结果表明,多数性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力与环境都有显著的互作,但各考察性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力仍具有相当的稳定性;惟在不同性状上并不表现出一致的稳定性。一般配合力的稳定性在各考察性状上大于或相当于特殊配合力的稳定性;产量配合力的稳定性与其各组成性状在变化环境中的相互协调和补偿作用有关。分析还表明,加性基因效应与环境的互作是影响玉米自交系产量等性状稳定性的主要因素。
【Abstract】 A diallel of 55 single-cross hybrids from (?) inbreds lines of maize(Zea mays L.)were evaluated at three locations in a randomized blockdesign with three replications in each location.Significant interactionsof GCA× environment were found on the observed traits. Interactions ofSCA× environment,except ear length ear diameter and kernels per row,were also significant for others.However,stabilities of GCA and SCAon the observed traits were considerably high.Relative stability of GCAwas more than or at least equal to it of SCA on the observed traits.GCAand SCA of the different traits expressed various response models of sta-bility respectively.The stability of combining ability for yield could beexplained on the basis of compromises and compensations among the de-velopmental patterns of the component characters.The results of analy-sis also suggested that the interaction of additive gene effects with env-ironment was the major factor affecting the stability on phenotype andcombining ability of maize inbreds.
