水稻种子蛋白质组分的双向电泳分析
TWO-DIMENSIONAL ELECTROPHORESIS OF SEED PROTEINS FROM RICE(ORYZA SATIVA L.)
【摘要】 本文对双向电泳技术作了一些改进,应用于水稻种子胚乳及胚蛋白的组分分析,获得了较清晰而稳定的结果。水稻(Oryza sativa.L)品种珍汕97的胚乳蛋白可分析出约100种成分,而胚蛋白可分析出约550种成分,检测灵敏度为0.2μg 蛋白质/mm~2。通过对这些实验条件的比较,表明该技术对水稻等作物种子蛋白的分析是一种行之有效的方法。
【Abstract】 We have made some improvement to the technique of two-dimensionalpolyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.Clear and stable results were obtainedwhile we applied this technique to the analysis of rice(Oryza sativa L.)seed endosperm and seed embryo protein components.This technique hasresolved 100 different componcnts from seed endosperm proteins and 550components from seed embryo proteins of ‘Zhengshan 97’.The sensitivi-ty of detection is about 0.2μg/mm~2.This technique has demonstratedeffective for analysing protein components of rice and other cropseeds.
