凤眼莲有性繁殖的研究 1.人工制种与种子萌发

【摘要】 武汉和北京地区栽培的凤眼莲的结实器官发育良好,经人工授粉可获得种子。将种子经破皮处理,在适当的光照下,萌发率高达95%左右,实验证明凤眼莲种子是需光种子。本工作提出了人工制种和提高种子萌发率的简易方法,对推广凤眼莲的种子繁殖具有实用价值。

【Abstract】 Based on anatomy the propagative organs of Eichhornia crassipes showfull devslopment in Wuhan and Beijing areas.The lack of pollinat-ing agent makes it seedless in nature in above regions.After pollinationthe authors get seeds.We have proved that seed of E.crassipes is lightseed and have developed a simple method for getting seeds and makingtheir germinating rate as high as 95%.This will benefit to solve thedifficult of E.crassipes to overwinter in the cold winter regions.
