河北杨苗木抗旱性研究

【摘要】 本文对三个不同产地(青海的西宁、陕西的吴旗和佳县)的河北杨苗木的抗旱性生理特性进行了研究。发现三个产地的苗木的生长量、光合性能和抗旱性有显著差异,其中吴旗种苗的净光合率、叶面积扩张生长量、苗高和地径的生长速率等方面均大于西宁和佳县种苗。抗旱性能方面,通过不同抗旱性生理指标测定表明西宁种苗的束缚水和自由水含量的比值、叶组织临界饱和亏均大于吴旗和佳县种苗,叶组织细胞膜透性也小,在水分亏缺时,叶组织抗脱水能力强,细胞膜受伤害轻。

【Abstract】 The drought resistance of Populus hopeiensis cutting stocks from three different regions; Xi-Ning of Qinhai,province, Wu-Qi and Jia-Xian Counties of Shaanxi were investigated. It was found that the growth rate, drought resistance and photosynthetic activities of these three sources appear to be distinct variance. The expension growth of. leaf area, the stock height and the stem growth rate of the cutting stocks from Wu-Qi are all greater than those of the cutting stocks from Xi-Ning and Jia-Xian. Measureer ments of different physiological indices of drought resistance showed that the bound and free water ratio and the critical water saturation deficit of leaf tissues of the cutting stocks from Xi-ning are greater than those of the cutting stocks from Wu-Qi and Jia-Xian. It is suggested that the less the cell membrane Permeability of leaf tissues, the greater the dehydration resistance when water stress occurs, hence the lighter the damage to the cell membrane.
